I got banned for using SSG. I didn't use any cheating software. I demand that this be corrected. This situation is very frustrating..

Cooldowns only specify that your gameplay is irregular, not that you cheated. The fact you're assuming that's why you got it is very telling.

Real problem
Right now i played with ssg in loosing match 8-0 against cheaters AND LITERALLY GOT BANNED FOR 2 KILLS WITH SSG IN ROUND, WHILE HAD 4 KILLS IN MATCH TOTAL
WTF IS THIS
now i have 7 days vac, my friends - 31 day

This problem lasts more than 1 month already and nobody give it a ♥♥♥♥ and doesnt even try to fix this

Yes, it's the vacnet ai, i got my 3rd VACnet "cooldown" and i was doing just 10 kills and 15 deaths, but i was using scout on Dust 2, the 3 times i got cooldowns was on dust 2 after using scout, the AI is broken.
