Subject: URGENT – Request for Manual Investigation and Removal of Incorrect 7-Day Competitive Cooldown

Dear Counter-Strike 2 Support Team,

I am contacting you to formally challenge the 7-day competitive matchmaking cooldown placed on my account. I strongly believe that this restriction was applied unfairly and that my situation deserves an individual and thorough investigation.

I would like to explain exactly what happened.

I was playing Counter-Strike 2 with my brother, who was in the same team as me. We were physically sitting next to each other and playing together. Apparently, my brother was suspected of using cheats, and as a result, my account received a 7-day competitive cooldown.

However, I want to make one thing absolutely clear: I did not use cheats, I did not assist anyone in cheating, and I did not knowingly participate in any unfair gameplay. My brother was also not using any cheating software, as far as I personally witnessed during our game.

I understand that your anti-cheat and reporting systems are designed to protect the competitive environment. I respect the rules and support the fight against cheaters. Nevertheless, I believe that a punishment should be based on reliable evidence and individual responsibility, rather than simply associating players who happen to be playing together.

I am particularly concerned that my account has been restricted because of an alleged violation by another player. Being in the same party or team does not automatically mean that I was involved in any misconduct.

I respectfully request that a human member of your support team manually review this case instead of relying solely on automated systems or assumptions. Please examine the match data, the circumstances of the game, and the reason why my account received this restriction.

I would also like to emphasize that a 7-day competitive cooldown is a significant punishment. It prevents me from accessing the main game mode I enjoy, despite the fact that I believe I have done nothing wrong.

I am not asking you to ignore your rules. I am asking you to make sure they have been applied correctly in my particular situation.

My requests are the following:

1. Conduct a manual review of my 7-day competitive cooldown.
2. Investigate whether my account was restricted solely because I played with another player who was suspected of cheating.
3. Verify whether there is any actual evidence of cheating or intentional assistance on my account.
4. If the restriction was applied incorrectly, remove the cooldown immediately and restore my access to competitive matchmaking.

I sincerely hope that my appeal will not receive an automatic response without an actual investigation. I would appreciate a clear explanation of the decision and confirmation that my case has been properly reviewed.

I value Counter-Strike 2 and want to continue playing fairly. I believe every player deserves a fair opportunity to defend themselves against a punishment they consider unjustified.
