The CS2 Skin Market After the Crash: Recovery or More Pain?
The CS2 skin market has taken a serious hit, and many players are wondering what happens next.

After Valve’s October 2025 trade-up update, market confidence changed dramatically. Now, with prices dropping again, people are questioning whether this is a temporary correction or the beginning of another major decline.

Will knives, gloves, and rare skins recover, or will prices continue falling? And is buying the dip a smart move, or is it too risky right now?

What's your plan? Are you holding, selling, buying the dip, or staying away from the market?

Do you believe the CS2 market will recover in the coming months, or should we expect more pain?

tbh its mostly mid tier knives bleeding bc the 5 red trade up math made normal ft and mw finishes way easier to craft, float capped fn stuff still needs like 0.013 avg input so those floors hold up fine and real 6% undercuts on skinport still get sniped in like 45s

put the full cashout fee table and 5 red float cap math in this steam guide if u wanna check the numbers

I'm curious what makes you say that because their prices were incredibly inflated pre knife-contract update. They shouldn't ever hit those highs again because they can be simply crafted. I think reds are going to bounce back pretty well and end up much higher than just after post update at the rate they're being consumed for tradeups. Pinks should follow the trend also and that might trickle down to FN lower tier skins as well.
