Hello Steam Support. On October 28, 2026, during a competitive CS2 match, my internet connection dropped suddenly. Both my home Wi-Fi and mobile data stopped working at the same time across my entire city. This was part of a widespread outage reported across Russia that day, affecting multiple ISPs and mobile carriers, linked to official network restrictions. I did not disconnect voluntarily and had no way to rejoin the match. I kindly ask you to review this case. Thank you
