If it helps, by the looks of it you got a cooldown for something rather than a game or VAC ban. Otherwise it’d show up on your profile by now unless something changed in how VACNet times that.

Hi, nothing personal. I just immediately reported obvious cheaters. Unfortunately, I dont't know how to make short videos to show the proof. I also reported people who insulted me.

II had just easily taken out several people with the AWP when I got the message.

You’ve basically done all you can do. It may take a while for VACNet to pass on the review, let alone take any action. Problem is the system is bogged down by report spam (people spamming the report button in game rather than using it once per suspicious activity).
