Game Causing Lag?!

Like once a month or so, when launching the game (only this game), it causes massive lag in the PC and in the game, just like playing with 10 FPS.
I need to restart the PC for 1, 2 or even 3 times so this is fixed. WHYYYY????

EDIT: Just press Win + Ctrl + Shift + B and it will FIX the problem. The screen could be black or so and this is normal. Just wait for few seconds and that's it.

Are you running out of RAM/VRAM/System Harddrive space?

Don't know in this stuff. But CTRL + WIN + SHIFGT + B fixed it
