A mistaken VAC ban with no response or explanation

I have been banned for about 9 months, and I have contacted support several times asking for my ban to be reviewed because I am completely certain that I have never had any cheating software installed on my system.

In the very same match in which I was banned, I was the last player on my team, and I only had around 3–5 kills by round 15. If I had been using cheats, would I really have been the last player alive while my team was already behind in the game?

I kindly ask you to review my case and the ban one more time. I truly believe this ban was issued by mistake.

We see that you have been game banned from Counter Strike 2 video game, game bans are applied by developers and not automatic system of VAC ban software. So, the game ban is a positive ban and not a false ban. This may help you to learn a lesson from Steam and do not cheat again on Counter Strike 2 video game. It seems that you have some "skill issues" so you needed to cheat with software. So now what you can do is just go drink your milk and do not think about your game ban on your profile, you will forget it easily.

I did not use any cheats in the game. I bought Prime for CS2 with my own money, and Prime is expensive in my country. I worked for several days to earn the money to buy it. Because of that, I would never risk my account by using cheats.

The reason I am asking for my ban to be reviewed again is that the opponents in the same match were clearly cheating. They turned the score from 10–4 into 10–10, and one of them got around 25–30 kills.

That is why I believe I was banned by mistake. My opponents were cheating, but I was the one who got banned, even though I only had 5 kills.

Please review my case and the match again. I am confident that I did not use any cheating software.
