cs2 buggy on linux?

Realized booting up native on linux that some things were missing. Such as the character in the main menu, buy menu character is gone / somehow super huge on the side of my character.

Yes you are not the only one, it happened to me as well. Oh well.
Funny thing is you cannot even choose a loadout in the main screen for your character, so it doesnt seem to be an issue with drivers or anything just that the models are simply not loading. VALVe ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up it seems.

yeah same here with cachyos. cant inspect guns and only way to view them is in my hand (bottom part of the screen)

Same on Arch. Character not loading, and the name shows in bottom left corner. Some skins dont render at all in armory. Can't preview any skins in inspect.

Same issue, switched to Proton hotfix and now I can see character on main screen, weapon previews in loadout, etc. Now I can't join servers because "modified game files". I verified game files but still doesn't work :(

Can join servers if I turn off "force the use of a specific steam play compatibility tool". But then the bugs are back.
