why the ♥♥♥♥ tentacles should be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ your thread when there's no tentacle in this thread
Proof: The smoke grenade causes the frame drop, demanding much more performance.
Compare this to the framerate without the smoke grenade: 348 instead of 71 fps!
Solution: You should cap your framerate at a level which your graphics card can deliver at any given situation. This will result in super smooth gameplay - Tested and approved:
Note that this is very different from a framerate drop like 350 to 70, which causes delay!
Test it in the console, however keep in mind that you have to insert it into your autoexec.cfg to make it permanent.
also it say'z 70 fps but it feels like 20-30 fps (bad english maybe)
You need a stable value which is somewhat above your monitor's refresh rate. For the typical 60Hz LCD monitor, a framerate capped with fps_max 71 will be just fine.
