The main reason to all that is because players are mixed by their skill levels in casual mode, there is no limit, basicaly if you are MG2 and you are facing opposite team of new players you can't call it a practise, and besides in casual majority of players are interested only to trade. If you need to practise try to find a 5vs5 competitive vanilla server, there is few available out there, but still you will get mixed players there, but you will be playing it as it should be, you will have eco rounds and so on. I run into the same problem as you, probably the most effective solution to all that would be - finding a couple of good friends who play CS GO regular who own same rank as you, and play with them in those competitive vanilla servers together, this will help a lot.

the reason they make casual "search and destroy" 10 vs 10 is because it makes the game useless when you get cooldowns or ban from competitives. it makes people compliant. they could change it to 5v5 and you'd be playing comeptitive with noobs for non rank, but why do that? then people wouldnt care to get ban from competitive as much, as if they dont care anyways lmao...games ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useless without competitive.
