Practicing with a team on a empty map

I^d like to know how I could get onto an empty valve official map (Dust 2 or Nuke) and use commands like noclip and infinite ammo to train tactics with them. I just dont know how. Can somebody tell me?

Get your own server.

Rent a dedicated server? they are like 30$ a month or something. You could make your own assuming you have a secondary rig capable of acting as the server. As for how i assume this game uses Mani or some similar controller for the server, you need to google this one as its been a while since ive configed a CS server but there will be a guide some where.

You could also open a listen server. It's definitely not optimal for performance, but it's the quickest way to get a private session going. Just have the person on your team with the best rig host a private casual match, then change the server settings through his console.

It's even easier if your teammates are people you know personally, and you're all on the same network. Then you can just open an offline server through the client and have everyone connect to your IP address.

Just go to a lobby with your team, choose casual and ingame change map and add stuff like infite ammo with commands! Thats what we do! :)
