Can CS:GO run on Windows Vista
Because on my new comp i only have windows vista (lol) i am upgrading soon but whenever I play my game crashes after every game and say i have an awp redline and i die. Next time i pick up a gun with a camo the redline pattern is still th ere and it is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying. So is there any tips to run CS:GO on Windows Vista Ultimate or do I just have to wait to get Windows 8 to play CS: GO again?

LOL bro. I'm using Vista too. By the camo thing, you mean you pickup a AWP | Redline. Then, the following weapon (eg : AK-47 | Blue Laminate) turns redline too. Hahahah i get that too. Check my screenshots. StatTrak M4A4 | Faded Zebra -> StatTrak M4A4 | Blue Fissure. - Mixed with Glock-18 | Blue Fissure. Probaly its windows problem or your graphic card cant handle high fps. I wanna upgrade to Windows 7 this week. Just gonna see if the problem's solve or not.

Cheers,

I would get Windows 7 over 8, but that's just my opinion. I've heard only bad things about Windows 8. :Nutcracker:
yes it can run on vista...

yep, try lowering your video settings... if you're crashing after a mapload it's usually related to model textures.. set them low

Yeah I had this when I had Vista, there is an option in one of the config files (I'm not sure which one, search csgo graphics_mem_level or something like that to find it) which setting it to 1 fixed it. Huge problem, though.
