the molotov and incediary grenade's low damage
does anyone else notice that the molotovs has little damage? i mean, anyone realize that people rarely get killed by molotovs? Anyone else think the same?

I see people get killed by molotovs all the time.
Pistol round on T for example. If you manage to take A on dust2 and plant the bomb, CT most likely will come from short. Throw a nade on them and then your molotov. Easy kill.
People get rarely killed by molotovs because people rarely go in a fire with low hp. It's more deterrent than anything. It can do lot of damage (even kill) versus a camper who can't back for exemple, or in gun rounds, etc.

To be honest, I never saw ANYONE getting killed by a fragmentation granade.

Molotov exist to stop you not to kill you. And demage quite high. Try to stand in fire for 5-6 seconds and you will die or close to death.

Silver? Frags kills a lot of people espicialy if you throw 2 at same time.
Keep in mind that molotov's also stack in damage.. so if one person throws one molotov, and another throws it in the same spot, the two will stack and double damage will be given. But mainly molotovs are used to keep a team from pushing than dealing actual damage.
I always thought molotov was more of a denial of passage type of weapon not a real frag weapon.
LOL molotov is already strong enough, i think it should be even nerfed.

exactly what I said... molotovs stack.
grenades in this game are fine. They arent realistic for a reason. A single grenade has up to a 50ft kill radius and that means all within 50 ft are dead. In CS, that number is reduced to around 3-4 ft max for the sake of balance.

I could just imagine actual grenades in CS-GO it would be rainbow six all over again except everyone will throw one.

I remember in Inferno on T side, I ran to Banana, but they threw an Incen at the stairway going to Banana.. They threw it right on our guy using an AWP and me.. I couldn't get through because the guy with an AWP was blocking me..

Around 3-4 seconds of me being in the fire, I had 50 health left.. with like 95% armor..
You guys realize that to deny a player from pushing a position you need to threaten death or they don't care... That's what the OP was complaining about the entire time. Molotovs are a flawed utility item, as they are good only for clearing out positions (for example you bounce a molotov on A site off the wall, forcing defenders to exit the position) but because they do so little damage, the enemy can just sit in it and kill players coming for 3-4 seconds instead of getting out.
