Why do I suck so bad at CS:GO?

At best I'm a Gold Nova 3/4. Currently 2 cause I get too agitated. I have been a long time competitive gamer on consoles (Mainly Halo) and a tournament player with that game also. I was never at a pro status, but played with them once in a blue moon. I' no slouch on consoles, I dominate, but of course I was a console gamer for years since the Goldeneye N64 days. I made the switch to computer years ago and played CS here and there. I have like 350 hours clocked in GO and can't manage to get past a gold nova status. I would love to be able to get to a global elite status or close to, but ♥♥♥♥. I mean handy on twitch is a higher rank then me and the dude barely has ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ arms and no hands.

What the hell am I missing? I don't know all the ins and outs of each map, but I have the layout memorized, my map awareness is pretty good, etc. My aim isn't that bad at all, probably better than most in my nova tier, but when I go play on esea servers (just to gauge my self) I'm dieing from the most random kills and I have no idea how they doing it. I feel like I'm running the maps wrong or something, don't know.

Anyone want to give me some pointers or play with me and help me out?

Thats the point. I dont think you have enough game sense. Im a gn2 with 460 hours and topfrsg almost every game. You need to know when to use nades, when to push/rush, when to walk, when to peek, how to peek, and know the maps and the maps prefire/common spots/good spots

Theres a lot of guides and videos to show you how to get better.
Practicing alot at Commuinity and non-Commuinity Deathmaches is a great way to increase your skills.

Why we are sucks? because f*cking valve ruin the CSGO with stupid UI and So so far far away different from CS 1.6 or other Counter Strike... so s*ck and stupid... you need to open windows before you buy weapon on gameplay :D :D :D

Don't be too hard on yourself is my best advice.
Some days are better than others - that just means you are incosistent. To be consistent takes alot of practice. I am GE but still think I suck due to my inconsistency.
