Safari mesh: its basically just an extremly ugly color all over the ak (with some lines). Just, why.

Jungle spray: I can't help but think that its texture was taken from the original doom and then blurred a few times in photoshop. I mean seriously, holy hell, could have been a good skin.

Meh

Ak blue laminate: I don't know. The skin just looks very average to me, and I.. just don't like it that much. First when it came out I thought that was pretty cool, but after that I changed my mind about it. Its not bad, but its definately "meh" for me.

Ak fire serpent: Again, when it first came out I was a bit hyped for it, but then.. eh. Its just a strange skin, very strange skin, not in a positive light nor in a negative light. Might be placed in a higher category, its very close to it, I can totally understand why someone would consider it good, in no way top tier in my opinion tho.

Good

Ak red laminate: Yes, it does looks very close to the original, but its still good. The original doesn't look bad in any way, and this looks really colorful and brightful when its like minimal wear on high settings. I like it a lot.

Ak predator: Woah, probably the most underrated skin ever, seriously, it just looks good, the pattern is amazingly done. Its like a successful twin brother of jungle spray, but unlike his brother he didn't start using cocaine and actually did finish his university and highschool, got a good job, and now runs a small company. Yes, my story doesn't make a lot of sense.

Ak black laminate: The white and black design just fits the ak a lot in my opinion. A very good combination of colors that make an excellent skin. Nothing else to say really, expect its really close to top tier.

Top tier

Ak case hardened (good pattern): At high settings, the blue on the ak just looks bloody amazing, its not that good looking when not bright, but still looks good if its not a bad pattern. An ak case hardened that got a lot of blue is truly beatiful.

Ak redline: Most solid, and best looking ak skin yet. Just very well made, and actually shows how good custom art style can look on an ak (I'm looking at you, fire serpent). Assuming its not battle scarred/well worn/bad looking field tested, its really the best skin at this moment.

You probably think that ak blue laminate is very random, because now almost 80 % of people have it xd It's really strange how blue laminate is so cheap compared to his red and black twin brothers...maybe they're rarer?
There is no ugly ak, but there is my theory about how the price affects our method of perception. I personally love ak redline, because it looks very climatic but I know that a big part of that ''love'' is because it's so expensive and hard to get. xd

Yeah, the Red laminate and Black twin brothers are rarer. Blue laminate is only restricted, pretty damn common. AK redline price is also steadily dropping, soon it will be the same price as the red laminate and case hardened. It's just semi-new, that's why it's so expensive now.
