Very rarely will a scammed item be reversed because 99% of the time the user gives it of their own free volation after being suckered to a fake website.
its not enough OP, you need pics and or video of the website in question or the trade window during the time of the scam. Otherwise its your word agaisnt the accused scammer.
report it via ticket on the steam website. The chat is still not enough OP, but its a start. You needed pictures of at least the trade window or a fake website to make you claim 100% solid.
One guy named Daman posted on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ a trade for his Karambit Blue Steel MW. I added him and asked him if he would want my Karambit Stained FT and Glock Fade for his knife.
He also had a Bayonet Fade FN and M9 Bayonet Fade FN.
Then he said that he is quitting csgo only to play Dota and offered me any of his knives if I can add one guy on steam that has blocked him (his name is kerpt). He wanted one Dota 2 item that was listed on Steam Market for 170€. It was the only item there. Btw. i never played dota so i didn't know the real value. I don't know it even now (Frozen Face of Delicacies of Butchery).
So, i traded my karambit with kerpt for that Dota item so i can then trade that Dota item with Daman for any of his knives as he said.
When the trade was completed, they deleted me both instantly.. Sigh :/
Please report them
So you both got what you agreed to? Not sure what that DOTA item is worth probably not much but you agreed to it and now that trade is final. Valve warns people to double check trades before making them and they are final. I don't think anything can be done.
