Downloading Old CS:GO Matches

So, I had a game were I got a penta kill, but I didn't know you could download you matches back then, and now I REALLY want to download. Does anyone know if I can go back and download it, or is the match completely lost for good? Thanks in advance, The Turtle.

you can only download / share the games that are in the Watch tab of your recent games

Once a game is no longer in those 8, you can't download it or share it

darn, valve must fix. i got a 4k all with diff weapons and 4k the next round with 2 knives. :(

If you have an Nvidia graphics card, just install shadowplay. It has a silent record mode and when you make a play you'd like to have recorded, you can just press the button and it will save the last x minutes as a video. :)

I got 1 zeus kill, 3 knife and ninja defused then I knifed the last guy in a silver elite account. My CSGO had some problems and I couldn't download the match.....

I got a clean scout headshot through smoke and then a sick jumping flickshot, played 8 games since because I forgot to record it straight after the game, and I didn't have Raptr (AMD equivalent of ShadowPlay) open to save last few minutes :c

I was the last one left in Italy against 7 people. I literally killed them all within 6 seconds with an AUG. It was the best thing I have ever done in my entire life. Too bad I didn't know about this back then

Omg I'm dying! I'm exactly the same. Was just in a game and was 1v6 and they were like lets just rushed her, she can't take us all on.. Next minute 1v1 and I win.. So upset i wasnt recording

As far as I know, you can only download your last 8 matches and those only if they're less than 7 (14?) days back. Also, you only get demos for matchmaking games.

You can record your game by opening the console and using the command "record". You need to add a name though so you'd need to use "record demoname". The command to stop it is simply "stop". To watch it, you write "playdemo demoname".
