Play casual or competetive matches, at the end of the match there's a chance that you'll get a random ''drop'' which means you'll randomly win a case or maybe a skin.
You can open cases with keys which you can buy right in-game, which will spin a wheel and give you a random weapon skin (paintjob basically if you're wondering why I call them skins)
You can trade people for them, if you own alot of Tf2 or Steam cards or emoticons etc. , you can use that and ask people to give you guns via steam trade.
You can buy them from the steam market, which I find to have cheaper prices than case opening, altough I do open cases sometimes incase I ever hit the very rare and save alot of money.
Hope this helped ma man
