"Pause option"

I think CS:GO's competitive MM should have an Pause option like in actuall pro-matches. Ofc, with few changes:
1. You can activate it only during freeze time
2. Enemy team can deactivate after 1-2 minutes of game being paused
3. Limited amount of pauses for team (2 per team, with them being refreshed after every second-third round)

It would be just another way for trolls to screw with the game. It might hurt the game more than help it.

There is no trolling if it can be cancled. Just make it a team voted pause and give a TOTAL of 3 minutes per team. "Dont waste our time" is an excuse for saying "No, I want an unfair advantage because someone on the other team crashed." If you want competetive mode to be actually taken seriously by competetive players, you need a pause option.

I agree, it should be a vote that needs at least 3/5 (or whatever scaled ratio) of the team calling for it.

That is why there should be time limit after which unpausing is possible by enemy team

If you want competitive mode to actually be taken seriously, but it on servers that can actually be taken seriously.

sometimes I actually like having a bot on our team :) can easily take control of it if needed.... can be used as bait..... can be used as a scout... etc etc :)

Agreed, this should be added into a game. But do not refresh it evey third round, I'd rather see something like max 2 pauses per team in whole match or at leaf half

This is a good idea if pause is done after team voting and can be done twice a game and this pause can be cancelled by other team also by vote, which will end the pause in certain time maybe 40 seconds.
