Kicked for being too good.

So i'm a little pissed off, heres why;

Just in a competitive game destroying kids as usual, round 14 rolls along I get accused of hacking by the other team, some loser on my team says "yea ik he hacks i reported him too" he puts up a vote kick and i get kicked not getting my win i earned.

So my question is HOW IS THIS FAIR, not only did I not get my win i worked for but its going to add up in my kick counter so i could get banned?

I would suggest finding a friend to que up with so that you cannot be kicked
