Nevermind, found a solution to this problem, if anyone is having the same problem with cs:go store post here and I'll try to help.

Yes, exit cs go, exit steam, run steam as admin and voila! The problem will most likely be solved.

Hmm.. try to exit steam, run as admin, verify game cache of cs go.

Library > Cs go > Right click > properties > local files > verify integrity of game cache
