Competitive games need to be 15 rounds, not 30..

Just far too long, I want ranked matches but I don't want to comit so much time, I usually get bored half way and just leave. I don't like casual games cause there is nothing to buy, you're never down on money, al though I think 5 v 5 is perfect.

It will be 30 rounds because its Competitive game mode like in Tournaments.
And winning 8 matches isnt any good. Its wat too fast.
You can always finish game faster if YOU or other team gets 0:16

it is a tournament, 15 rounds is too short, only saving for the firsts guns is 3 rounds... if you lose you dont have to recover before the team swap, which means you lost the match... just for losing the pistol round, 30 rounds is enough because even if you lose the pistol rounds you have enough time to recover and turn the tables (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

I just had a game where it was win lose, win lose... already 20 mins and only had 3/4 on the board, 7 rounds total. I mean 30-40 mins is a perfect amount of time, if you want to play again then you can just click find a game. I don't want to dedicate 90 mins of my life every time, I'm not 13, I have ♥♥♥♥ to do.

I'm 35, age has nothing to do with it... I use the game as a way to relax and forget about everything else... There are like 6 gamemodes, so, if you dont like MM you have other options, you can even create a custon game with drops and all...

I always say it people. If you want 5v5 there are community servers for that. If you cannot live without your precious rank OP, or this notion playing compeitive in MM is any different than playing it in the community servers then counter strike as a series im afriad is not for you.

In 1.6 and Source regardless of how good you did you always had fun. In GO its the complete opposite unless your rank is high and you are winning on your team there is no fun and that is not counter strike.

I don't like the other modes, I like the competitive one, it's the only good one. It lasts too long however, I wish it was only half the length it was, I don't understand the oposition to that, you can easily just keep playing if you wanted to play more. However for me I want to play in shorter bursts so I can play for 30 mins, go do something else and then play for another 30 mins later on.

How is the game not for me? I like it, it is for me, I just don't want it to last so long without a break. Like I said I'm not a kid, I have other things to do and look after around the house, I cannot give something my attention for an hour and a half at a time. If something or someone else needs my attention then my only option right now is to go AFK or get banned.

If it allowed me to play in shorter bursts, then great! Just not an hour and a half. I don't want to play casual, I hate how they've dumbed down the game so much, they already made it bad enough with not having to buy ammo any more.

This means if you cannot accept the compeitive the way it is then CS-GO is not for you nor will any other game with the same style of gameplay.

1.6 and Source were not this and of course Rank means nothing at all to the majority of the CS community who can be found within the community servers.

You want shorter bursts use some logic and play in the community servers and stop making excuses for your own behaviour.

I stick to the community servers as they are better and have the fun that 1.6 and Source had without that bickering over "My rank is better than yours" nonsense started by the COD crowd which has been implimented into CS-GO.

yes having a life is an excuse considering i have one as well and have no trouble dishing 2 hours on the community servers where there isnt even a limit of time to be played. As for of course you wanting to play compeitive again get that notion out of your head. CS was never about "Compeitive" or anything of that nonsense that would be a COD thingy. Cs was about the experiences you had playing.

So compeitive again is worthless, and not worth the time you've wasted on it. And you guys in the comp servers are basically at the bottom of the barrel of skill compared to the majority of the community servers and im not insulting just proving a point.

Come into any community server even the 5v5 compeitive ones (there are a few of em) and youll find your "Gold Nova" or whatever its called means nothing when they (vets from Source and 1.6) decide to show you the real Counter strike.

Matchmaking is a console creation. Caring about rank over fun is a console and COD creation, and porting that nonsense into games such as CS-GO is again another Console creation done wrong to appease the COD crowd as they (the COD crowd) arent good at server navigation.

The match never lasts 90 minutes. Ever. Usually a match lasts 40 minutes, more or less. That's the average time. If the match would last half the lenght from now, half of the weapons and economy wouldn't make sense at all. THAT is the reason. Not to mention it would be too short. So no. You are one of the few who wants that, it will never be done.

Play community 5 vs 5 or some other stuff. There are things outside matchmaking, and not everything has to do with public servers. And not every server is plagued with horrible plugins and music/sound effects/skins etc.

People aren't taking competitive seriously enough.
I see those rage quitters ont the forums whining about getting a 7 day ban because they quit a game.
If you don't have the time, OR any other excuses go play casual or any other pubs.
There is a reason why it is the way it is. If not start your own server with your own rules and have fun there.
