MM west coast/Hawaii

I live in Hawaii and used to be able to get a MM game with pings of 90ish (Not great but playable) this changed about three weeks ago because now i can barley find anything that is 120ish. Did all the westcoast MM servers get shutdown or somethign cause i can find community based westcoast servers with pings of 60-70?

I live in California and the same is true for me.

get like 120-130

In California, get 85-120 on competitive and 90-120 on the other modes.

I used to get 20-80 on competitive and like 60 on the other modes.

Also, one of my friends who lives super close to me can't even find one that he has less than 150 ping on.

im getting wonderful ping in regular servers but in match making im getting 70+ ping regardless of it being west central or east. I know this because i play with my friend who lives in the west coast and while we are playing together im getting 70 - 100 ping while hes getting 30 - 50 which makes no sense... and my internet is just fine.. its just match making
