cl_disablefreezecam wont completely remove it.. but will shorten it... you can just hit 'jump' when you die and its gone...

servers can set this to be completely disabled I believe, but it does help when you die you can tell your team where the enemy is for the next 3-5 seconds..

There's also cl_freezecampanel_position_dynamic "0"

That could help but theres no option to completely remove it.
