I got optical cable from internal integrated sound card (realtek HD) into external soundcard (Sharkoon X-tatic pro)
And then it goes over 9 pin into headphones.
Everything was included and in price with the headphones.
Microphone goes over USB by the way.
normally, 5.1 requires atleast 3 jacks, but there are many other ways.
One optical cable is sufficient, if your speakers/headphones support it.
Full 360 degree soundscape - Frequency Range: 20 Hz-20 kHz - HD True Sound Experience - Therefore it presents real 5.1 channel surround sound effects for DVD movies, action games or music.
My cheap 30 EUR headset works better like any other more expensiv but poor other.
Buy a nice Headset like something from sennheiser for example. then buy a 20 dollar clip on mic.
Not even a year my left side is going off sometimes
they feel great i can game for hours and have lasted 3+ years without a problem.
