I can't buy keys from csgo shop(ingame).Says to refresh,or wait some minutes,but not works :(.I have enough money on my steam wallet ...

Don't worry this problem is directly losing valve money I'm certain they will prioritise this and have a fix soon. As for the important problems such as the MM servers well they will just have to wait wont they..
