AMD FX 6300 FPS problems

Hey there, Before the minimap and stickers update I had around 250 fps, after the update I now get 150 fps on whatever the settings I put, highest , lowest, always the same.
Ye I know Intel is better but the fact is, since the update that I'm having less 100 fps, I also noted that a lot of AMD FX users are having problems too.
I have everything updated, bios, drivers, etc.

System Specs:

GTX 660
AMD FX 6300 3,5Ghz
8GB Gskill 1866Mhz

FX 8350 4,4Ghz
R9 290
8GB Kingston 1600Mhz

I also have always been bothered by fps lags/spikes/sound stuttering etc.
i still have some issues but best way to reduce them ive found is to set

Launch Options: -threads 2 -high
Ive get less fps lag with only using 2 threads and still same fps amount, in some scenarios i accuire even more fps than with more threads. I bet this is sometin doing with CS:GOs core optimization that sucks.

my fps with these settings are going around 240-300(capped) 5v5 MM

It's not your cpu it is your gfx card. or more like your drivers.

do you have shadowplay on? if you do, turn it off, that eats up a chunk of your gpu power, since it's constantly recording in the background just in case you want to save it. Sometimes it turns itself on after a driver update.

Looks like i have same problems with my GeForce GTX 760.
