You won't get one that cheap, a bot will auto-buy it INSTANTLY if they go that low.
A bot, a scripted account that constantly checks the market to see if anything is put up % under it's usual price. If it spots something it will automatically purchase it.
They aren't allowed, and if caught using one it will be disabled and the account will be shut down. But... that doesn't stop people from doing it.
