Bravo Case Price Increase?
Do you guys think now that :csgob:ravo cases have stopped :csgob:eing dropped they are going to sky rocket? How long until the supply starts getting really low? Will Valve ever add them :csgob:ack in again if supply gets too low?

Just wondering if it would be smart to :csgob:uy a :csgob:unch and sell them in a little while for profit. :)

Duh, before they got removed 1/3 of the supply in the market was sold each day. That's a lot! And they still sell fast. So yeah, price will raise more. Because of the very fast and sudden boom in price it has stabilized, but soon it enough it will start raising more. That's y I have 300 in my inventory.

Buying now = small profit. I had bought mine for half the price they are now at.

New operation = New Guns = Less Demand for old Skins = Bravo Case Devlauation

Thanks I'm thinking it will to but grumpy says there will be less demand but if supply gets low enough I think the price will still go up

True to a point. As the older skin supply falls on the market, and the new ones hit market saturation, the old ones will become more valuable. The cases are a chance to get the harder stuff so they will rise in value.

Look up float, supply flow, and scarcity to understand why this is true.

The supply will have to cut by 75% from here to make a significant profit. Who knows if it will. It's hard to judge the real supply flow on the market due to the transactions from bots which are doing nothing more than an arbitrage and don't actually effect the supply flow of the float (which is effected by deletions and openings).

It stabilized because early hoarders started releasing some of their supply due to a doubling in the price. If the crates truly aren't dropping anymore, the price will rise again as the early buyers slow down their supply flow to the market.

Not even close. Demand will lower yes (long term), but supply does too.
Short term it absolutely wouldn't be suprising if the Bravo cases sell MORE when the new operation launches. Something I've seen happening before. For example with the operation payback pass.

I agree with you 100%, demand will drop but not as much as the supply is going to equaling price increase :) buy buy buy lol

True, it's a simple comparison.
The "original" cases sell for +/- 0,30 euro. While there are over 50.000 of them on the market and also a lot less of them sell each day.

So why are the Bravo cases cheaper? It's easy: the only difference is time. Bravo ended almost a week ago, the original cases have already stopped dropping for months. So in time the Bravo cases should sell for more than what the "original" cases sell for today.
Of the original case there were 180.000+ at some points. Bravo had less than 60.000 max. Not to mention many people kept the original cases because they only sold for 0,03.

How is this even possible when Operation Payback doesn't even have associated skin collections, as Operation Bravo does (keyless: Alpha Collection, cases: Bravo Collection)?

For my question I assume that I am getting you right, you are still talking about skins here.
cases are never going to skyrocket...

These raised quite a bit when Bravo launched.
Likely cases will do the same thing. Why? Simple, the lauch draws attention to the "operations". When a new one is launched people automatically link it to the previous. Because the previous was fun they buy the new operation. When it's in their mind they'll more readily buy something of the previous operation too. Certainly when cases of the new operation costs 10 - 20 times more than those of the previous operation.

I'm 99% sure that Bravo cases would sell worse (long term) if no new operation is launched compared to when new operations are introduced.

♥♥♥♥♥ please. Bravo cases went from 0,10 to 0,30 in 24 hours... Because of the steap rise they dropped a bit again because it got unbalanced. Now they'll slowly raise in price.

"Original" cases went from 0,03 to 0,30. Original esports cases went from 0,03 to 0,10.
