I feel a triggerbot should belong in the same category as aimbots, but with the current wording it does not. At least it's unclear.
Cheats such as those (the binded triggerbot) is harder for investigators to detect due to them seeming more legit with aiming. There's a lot of random in this game, and a lot of cheats. You just have to consider all the possibilities.
A trigger bot scans the game and as soon as the crosshair is pointed on an enemy hitbox, it triggers a shot.
-> Look out for impossible shots (instant kills on the first peek, kills through smokes or while flashed etc). Those people often use the AWP too because it's a one hit kill.
