Help installing the game from local setup files

Hi all. I have CS GO installed on a laptop that's gone for repairs. Now I have a good desktop but the download restrictions on my conenction mean that I can't download the 6 GB required by Steam. I do however have the setup files from a friend in some sort of packed form of about 3 GB approx. They are stored in a folder titled 'Disk_1' and all are either CSM or CSD files with a prefix of '731''

Does anyone know how this can be used to make a local install (at least in part). I can download the updates afterwards. Thank you

I supose thats aback up made from Steam CS Go, just paste the folder in your HD install steam then doble click the launcher in the folder named Disk_1, If its a steam Back up it will install the game on your steam.
