Tec 9 full auto

So i know of the whole mouse-wheel thing that kinds make it full automatic. But what im talking about is with certain mice that have their own software you can bind a button to repeatedly fire until you press it again to make it stop. I've heard of this being done but i cant find the forum or website it was on. Any help?

That's not a thing, neither is scroll wheel. Doesn't work.
