My Knife degraded from Factory New to Minimal Wear?!
So on July 7th I opened an Operation Phoenix case and to my delight I got a Factory New StatTrak Boreal Forest Bayonet. I played with it for about 2 weeks after but took a break from CS:GO for about three weeks due to work. I logged back online today and found that my knife is now minimal wear?! What happened and is there anyway to fix it?

Something similar happened to me. I had an MW skin that changed to FN but after a day or so it went back.

Its been a week now and no change, I contacted steam support and have got no reply. Coincidentally, the skin quality changed the exact same day I used my Steam ID to log into a skin selling site.

I think you're simply mistaken. This doesn't happen, unless you traded your knife (check trade history?)

I have pictures of the knife when I got it, and the knife now. It does happen, but very rarely.

i put my knife on the market it was factory new and then took it off the next day and it was still factory new. then i logged in the next day and it was minimal wear

It's a glitch. When you open crates, sometimes the item you unbox has the condition of the weapon before that. That is what happened here.

ive had this just happen to me my p90 skin trigun was factory new, now its feild tested what the heck is going on and can i get it fixed?

Oh speaking about this, yea my M9 Bayonet Doppler was Factory new and when I killed someone with it turned into a battle scared. Anyone help me?
