Try 500Hz polling rate instead of 1kHz
Try a different mousepad
When I had this mouse, a couple of things fixed it for me :
-Reset all driver settings to default
-Uncheck every other profile than profile 1 and only use profile 1
-Configure profile 1 as you need it , dpi etc
-Only use the preset surface tune options, do NOT tune it to your own surface.
It has stopped, but I dont know what I did....
I'm using this mouse on Linux so hopefully just the "Factory Default" surface tuning will work.
EDIT: I connected the mouse to my Windows PC and got the following message: https://i.imgur.com/a5zoyuG.png
Hopefully this will fix the problem.
