What kind of echo? Be a little more specific.

check "cl_predictweapons". If it is set to 0 you see and hear the cilent predicted shot and the server side shot.
Impending-DOOM- Aug 3, 2015 @ 4:48am
it's on 1

ok, then it is maybe not the game. btw I hear no echo in the second video. Have you check your sound driver? Some drivers have an echo feature

Mhh, sorrry but i have no more ideas. Maybe you can downgrade the drivers to the last known working Version. But this is more a workaround than a fix.

You should try to find the location of the error (Driver, OS or CS GO). Use other Headphones and/or speakers. Remove the sound driver and use the OS default sound driver. Look for errors logs and so on.

I have the same issue that Coldkone put that video up about. There is a clear problem. I have a 5.1 Surround Sound headset if that helps. My old headset worked fine. I just tried skype and the issue is in there aswell so it is not just CS GO.

Ok guys i figured out the issue. For future people with this issue, it is with your drivers. For me it was one click on a setting at it is now all fixed.

FIXED IT! (windows 10) Okay, So you right-click your sound icon in the taskbar and click "Playback devices". Then, you right click your headphones and click "Properties". After that, go to enhancements and disable all of them. If this doesn't work I really have no idea how to fix it. But it worked for me.
