'Resolving matchmaking state for your account'

Told me I needed to reconnect to a game that had finished (and been won), message wouldnt go so I had to click abandon, then I got a 10min cooldown and a 'Resolving matchmaking state for your account' message. What does this mean, and why?

It's not a glitch...This happened to me too. Not sure why...were you reported before that a lot? It could be when you are being looked at by overwatch. My cooldown was 20 mins though.

i just play got ace clutch i get no connect and i shoot and boom because i not have any connecting and boom i got ban for 7 days
i was on connection like 10 sec and i shot its kick me and say you get ban because you down your teamate tom much hp wtf this

Bans don't happen for no reason.
They also won't be reversed.

you dont read it full i say i was un connect and i shoot with my m4a1-s and after sec in 10 no connect i got ban because "you did too much dmg to your teammates at round start i was no connecting
