Sticker Position Swap tool

just as this stattrak tool. the only difference is that you can switch the stickers position with it.
would be nice if steam could bring something like this into the game. thx :)

if you have a really expensive sticker on your skin like an ibp holo sticker from katowice 2014 and you want to have it on a different position on your gun you are probably not gonna scrap it and buy a new one :D

too bad then u have to buy another one then, stickers arent ment to come off there called "stickers" for a reason
