Communication with russian-speaking players

When I play with my friends, I ALWAYS hear form english-speaking guys such words, like:
"♥♥♥♥ RUSSIA!", "AAAaaaaaaAAAAAAaaaaaaa, STUPID RUSSIANS!!!", "SHUT UP YOU ♥♥♥♥ING RUSSIAN!!! AAAAAaaa!!!!11!1", "STOP SPEAKING YOUR ♥♥♥♥ING LANGUAGE!!!111!"...

Usually I just mute all opposite team. How I suppose to communicate with you in a good way, english-speaking guys, within this situation? Please explain me. This situation happening in 90% of all competitive matches that I play.
Of course after couple punches in a face I could found a common language even with such inadequate players, but they aren't physically near.

I just wanna say: Stay Calm and Play Fair, guys.

I communicate on english with European, but Russian children not know english. And if in team 4 Russian and 1 European he speak on Russian language, it is better.

Ok. For example: I have 5 russian-speaking members in my team. During warmup I forced to hear offensive words from opposite team.
Yes I can mute them. But problem is: I must do this each time.
Until there is no option "mute opposite team" the problem will be exist.

CS is a very teamplay-based game where communication is vital. When the players cannot understand each other the quality of the game and user experience suffer. Russians should get their own servers where Russian-speaking players can play, and Europeans should get their own English-speaking servers. This would fix everything.

Agreed. And will be great if I could choose region where I wanna play. Like in War Thunder, for example.
