Yes I can mute them. But problem is: I must do this each time.
Until there is no option "mute opposite team" the problem will be exist.
CS is a very teamplay-based game where communication is vital. When the players cannot understand each other the quality of the game and user experience suffer. Russians should get their own servers where Russian-speaking players can play, and Europeans should get their own English-speaking servers. This would fix everything.
