How can I reverse or cancel a completed Community Market transaction and/or get a refund?

All purchases are final – you will not have any right to a refund or a reversal of any Community Market transaction once it is completed.

15% is too much. If I buy a 100usd knife for CSGO Its value drops like 10 dollars and valve takes 15% I would have 76.50 dollars in my steam wallet after it.

For one, this thread is closing in on 3 years old Sir, so necroposting. But, 15% is more than reasonable. Valve has to make money somehow. Don't like it? Don't buy or sell from the steam marketplace

On a positive note, if you buy items because you like them and want to keep them, and not because you want to treat them like a stock market investment, you won't care what steam charges in transaction fees.
