TEAMSPEAK 3 SOUND DRIVER VIRUS
hi people, when some random guy asks you to join a TS server, please dont. they have a virus in the TS which asks you to update(false, you dont really require an update) and when you join it just sends a virus to your computer and gets info about it and everything inside and also steals your CS GO inventory.
PLEASE GUYS,WHAT CAN I DO TO NOT GET STOLEN ANYHTING?

I'm sure there is quite a bit more to it than that. To accomplish that would require a lot of unknown variables to be considered..

Sounds more like you have pre existing or a combination of malware on your PC to begin with..

This exactly happened with me i lost my items, but i got them back. Look at my inventory now. I actually downloaded the driver, and it stole my inventory and everything. I had to factory reset to remove this virus off my PC. The virus installs a R.A.T on your pc and keylogger and steals everything. It only cares about your steam inventory, nothing else.

There's been many threads about this very method of stealing inventories and accounts. Random person asks you to join their game and go to their teamspeak server, which says to get an anti-cheat or sound plugin, which is in reality a program/virus/whatever that lets them login to your account and take your stuff.

I lost my items to this around 2-3 weeks ago, but i've since gotten my items back. Just don't accept random friend requests. OR join random teamspeaks that asks you to download ANYTHING.

Dude, Can you help me? I have the same problem. Please tell me how to remove the virus. I searced everywhere for help.:steamsad:
