new players get invited after proving themselves. Find people you enjoy playing with and make a team with them. Then register for all tournaments possible and play your best. You might be spotted by some higher tier teams and then you have to repeat the process over again.

Nobody goes from unknown to tier 1 teams. Good luck and have fun

It's possible you can become a pro, however it will take years and you might need friends, four others that are just as dedicated as you.

Get to a Team on ESEA, get good and win Cups/Ladders, make yourself a Name so they notice you and then they may ask you if you want to join them. These 3/4 Steps take Years, just sayin.

You actually can't join these teams. You get invited to try out and the only way to do that is to create your own team and qualify for the tournaments. If you do well, they try to recruit you to join their team.

you don't join pro teams. you get invited into them. that's why they are invite level. because it's invite only.

O - Open
IM - Intermediate
P - Pro
I - Invite Only

Well first you see if you can find a low-tier team to join that competes in hosted CS:GO competitions whether local (LAN) or online. You can research up and find such teams at a website called csgoteamfinder, look it up on google. Once you joined such a team you'll need to work hard and I mean REALLY hard at mastering every aspect of the game. If you and your team are good enough you'll eventually get recognized and MAYBE get picked up by a more well known team like the ones listed above. Good luck in your CS:GO career!

Join a third party MM/pug system. Try to find individuals of similar skill and or take part in team tryouts. Participate in a league and try to get noticed.

Ok, make up a team, train ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard your balls off. Play faceit/esea league. Then try lans.
However, having over 150 wins and gn3, it will take like at least couple of years, so I would go with "stop dreaming" solution.
