Join a third party MM/pug system. Try to find individuals of similar skill and or take part in team tryouts. Participate in a league and try to get noticed.
Ok, make up a team, train ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard your balls off. Play faceit/esea league. Then try lans.
However, having over 150 wins and gn3, it will take like at least couple of years, so I would go with "stop dreaming" solution.
