Is it possible for an item to be 0.00000 float or 100% Factory New?

pretty sure both of my knives are 100% factory new, but top tier knives are that by default.
i guess there is a chance normal skin can be 100%

I dont think that it is possible. The lowest ive ever seen was 99.996 percent

Though i may have seen 99.997 before but never even heard of a 0 float.

I dont think that it is possible. The lowest ive ever seen was 99.996 percent

well the chance might not be thaaat high but i guess it is possible.
my desert eagle is also 99.415% or 0.00584718817844990000 in float that is also pretty close
