Failed to load the launcher DLL: Invalid Access to memory location
Right, CS:GO ran perfectly fine earlier today. Power went out while I was doing some ♥♥♥♥ in SFM and once it's back on, I want to play some CS:GO. I started CS:GO up and it instantly crashed giving me this error-

Launcher Error

Failed to load the launcher DLL:

Invalid access to memory location.

Now, I've gotten this fixed by deleting the "bin" folder in the directory, but this was only a temporary fix. SFM got the same error, deleted the bin folder to SFM and got that one working, but now CS:GO is broken again. HALLLLPPPPPP

Specs (this is a freshly built gaming PC, was built approx 4 days ago):
CPU: Core i3 2120 3.30GHz
GPU: GeForce GT 620 2GB (Yas, I know it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ card, I'm going to get a GTX 750 soon)
RAM: one 4GB module of DDR3 Corsair Vengeance RAM (1600MHz)
PSU: 450w Viotek power supply
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Ah, thank you, something I can understand... I guess I can verify the integrity of the game's cache, but last time, it didn't fix the issue. I had to delete the bin file. I'll go verify the game's cache and give you a result.

Seriously, you're not helping. Reinstalling windows is a horrible idea, that will fix literally nothing. Besides, I don't have another Windows disc to install a different version of Windows onto.

Nope, no luck, sadly. I may just have to live with the "get rid of the bin file" for the rest of my life :c
