I saw a distribution graph from 2014, and it showed that there were more GEs than there were players in any of the silver ranks. It does seem a little odd to me that there can be that many, but its just the way the elo systeam is set up. Personally, I came from league, so I got used to the top tier having a set number of players at any time (200), and I kind of miss that. Granted, now that I'm getting close to Global I would hate to have my chances lowered by something like that :p

All the best player in the world pros or not are doing Faceit P League so if you are not in FPL you are not one of the best in the world but you can be global
