checking cs:go demos (recorded matches) for wallhacks

Is there a command where I can see all the players on the map to see if someone is walling? I've been using r_drawothermodels 2, but the viewing range is limitied and it's difficult to differentiate between the players. Thanks.

Yes lol, you can see all the players throughout the map. Just remember you can get a good idea of where players are through sound too. A good way to spot cheaters is if they shoot at people before they clear the wall(pre fire) or if they run through everywhere with a knife and only pull out their gun as they're getting to enemies, even in places where there might be an enemy.

I wish they would fix the replay function from all it's bugs so one can finally use them to check for hackers comfortable. I'm still shocked how bugged this game is after all those years, for a valve game this is unique.

Don't waste time with trying to bust cheaters, Valve won't do anything about it because 3 out of 10 players of the new generation youth (14-24 years old) need cheats to be able to win matches. I'm an oldskooler who played for Team-Belgium from 2001-2007, been to South-Korea & CPL Copenhagen and ended top 16, a LAN for the best invited teams only. Now when I play CS:GO I get owned every game by people who preshoot every kill without logic involved, they smoke in front of them, jump in the smoke and headshot you instantly, just give up like I did, it's not worthed anymore to play online games with this new generation who thinks cheating is a standard thing.

Really? Why? Because I write something obvious but it's a "taboo" subject on the forum? We all know the cancer running CS community and not enough is being done to stop it. I play CS since 1.3 and the problem is getting worse and worse. Everyone know that you can simply buy yourself account for a tenner, then if you get caught you just simply buy another one. That's how it's being done today and no one can deny that, because cheaters themselves literally speak that during the game. Obviously this generates cash for valve so why would they actually put a stop to it? It's a 21st century and the game codes have evolved enormously, is this so hard to keep the game clean of the scum spoiling it for the legit players? Or are cheats makers twice more advanced than creators of the game?

I have submitted report on this 100% confirmed cheater with global rank almost a week ago and he still plays the game with no consequences. No wonder their community is only growing and frustration for all the legit players grows. And you want to ban me?.. GJ mate..

P.S. I wish more players like me actually post what they think, because this is not opinion based only on my own experience. Ask people around, who are committed to this game for a long time. They think exactly the same way.

Well said! I've also noticed that this new generation tend to cheat or exploit not just CS:GO they're running for every online game with any sort of multiplayer ranking system... it's appauling compared to awhile ago when only a very small minority would do it

i dont have anything against reporting cheaters, what i and many others (including valve) dont like is a witchhunt, you cant just go around and say "he is a cheater report him reeeeeeeeeee"....

This is not a witch hunt mate, it is just a perfect example of confirmed cheater running account with no consequences even tho the sufficient evidence is provided. And this is Global rank, which should be elite, clean and well looked after. No ranks should be left behind, don't get me wrong, I am LEM myself, but best rank should be standing out. And this guy is literally laughing at everyone not even trying to hide his WH. How could he even get to this rank using cheats? How many games like that I had already, and how many before me and others will say - it's just not worth it anymore?

If Valve would really want to do something about it they would start speaking out loud about the problem, and what they are going to do to improve the situation or how they will help the community to fight this cancer. And to be honest, I have not seen anything like that. VAC is obviously not strong enough alone.
