Can you remove a name tag?

So can I remove a name tag from a weapon?

Yes, right click over the renamed weapon, and there should be "Remove name" (or something like that).

Close enough, you click on the weapon, click 'Rename', then it shows you the current nametag, and then there's a button saying 'Remove nametag'.

You need to get a new tag to change the weapon name.
