IGL (In Game Leader):
He basically calls the shots and tells his team mates when to rotate or not.
Entry Fragger:
Hes the balistic of the team. Hes the one who gos to the bombsite first. He has to gather intel for the team and sees where the CTs are hiding or camping. Hes job is also to die.
Support:
Hes the one who throws grenades so that hes team mates wont be scared of being retaliated.
AWPer:
Basically the one who AWPs
Rifler:
This person has to have skills with both snipers and other rifles.
Lurker:
Hes the flanker. Hes the one who goes the opposite way as his team does. This person may also do a fake attack on the other bomb site.
Counter Terrorist:
Pivot Player/s:
The first player to provide backup if needed. Also has the permission to move around the map freely
Defensive/Static Player/s:
This persons only goal is to hold the site being attacked as long as possible to give his team mates time to reinforce the site.
(Counter Terrorists also have their own IGL which has the same description as for the one it the Terrorists Side)

Huh? What you on about?
If someone's an insane awper, why would he change to anything else at any point? If people know their roles and don't mix them up for no reason at all, it'll be way easier to adapt to the game yourself too. Especially so in solo queue MM. Just ask who's good and confident with what and embrace the role for the match.
If you play with a premade you'll probably have the above thing covered by nature though.
I wouldn't suggest trying to be good at everything, because you'll just end up being mediocre in all due to too much stuff to cover. Just take up a thing that feels natural and practice that above all. Of course being able to, for example, pick up your awper's awp and do some picks in his stead if he gets shot down quick is a great thing to aspire to, but no one is expected to be good at everything.
Then again I'm just a new noob in the game, what do I know.
