Queue Error ''Update Required'' While downloading cs go

If you did not understand. Whenever i press 'Move on top of queue' the download stops after 1 second..

As you can see i reached 3 gb but now im not able to download anything its just queue bugging ..

Rust And Insurgency are doing that tooo.

I installed cs go on my mac...
Same country....
Don't tell me its cause of my country

Anyways
If anyone have been having this problem and fixed it, please reply back!

I had this for a while(not CS GO though), I just tried downloading the game later and it worked. You guys might try changing the download server.(Steam>Settings>Downloads>Download region)

Well im able to launch cs go from
steamapps > downloading > 730 > csgo.exe
problem is if u dont launch cs go from steam u get in unsecure mode so i cant play on vac secured servers / competitive

Nevermind, for some reason works now, left PC on until it downloaded, changed nothing.

could it possibly be your router blocking the traffic? is your internet connection throttled in any way (if you are over the download cap for example).

I downloaded cs go on my other computers.......
same internet same everything
