Help Crosshair wont change?????

When I open Console and i try to use a custom crosshair someone made it wont change it or anything it is really annoying me. it also won't change my viewmodel settings ethier help???

Put your viewmodel settings at couch/crouch mode, then back to classic, then type in the correct settins.

As for the crosshairs, use these commands, then fix it on your on.
cl_crosshair_drawoutline "1";cl_crosshaircolor_b "255";cl_crosshaircolor_g "0";cl_crosshaircolor_r "255";cl_crosshairgap "100000000";cl_crosshairsize "3";cl_crosshairthickness "1.65";cl_crosshairalpha "255"; cl_crosshairdot "1"; cl_crosshairstyle "5"

If this doesnt work, try in console "cl_crosshairstyle 1/2/3/4/5"

Make sure the commands that you are copy pasting are actually correct. (cl_crosshairstyle # for example) and if they are not correct the concole will tell you command not recognized. After changing settings, join a new game and see if it works, if it doesnt try restarting CS. If not enjoy the default crosshair for life :D (Just kidding), try messing around with features, but no. 1 prioraty is that the commands are right and you restart your game if it doesnt work.

ok so basically no of it really worked the problem im having is when i try to copy and paste custom crosshairs that people make into console it dosent work it ust stays the same. i changed it to this one crosshair my friend gave me and not its stuck on it forever :(

Go in to game settings, crosshairs styles and change it to one of the default options, or at the bottom of the page click "change to default settings". This hopefuly will get you back to a regular crosshair, but sadly I don't think I can help you with how to get a custom one, it seems that you've already tryed everything reasonable, sorry :(
