so how am i suppose to fix it the last thing i type in config was a crosshair.

it is ur cmd rate need to be changed back to 68

Don't need to fix it. It'll be limited to what the server allows anyway.

cl_updaterate 128
cl_cmdrate 128


because
if a server runs a lower tickrate it will force it anyway. there is no need to lower it. always go with 128.
also use "rate 786432"

personnaly my cmd rate went to 128 cause i did a Alt+TAB cause of teamviewer ... i didnt touch any cmd for the session
